ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This mini-workshop briefing presents the foundational understanding and importance of diversity and inclusion in conjunction with your organization's core values and behavior standards. A diversity and inclusion best-practice approach will be shared in relation to the organization. This will include review of your organization's existing model and activity.

The workshop goals are:
  • To introduce a best-practice approach overview to diversity
  • Share a diversity masterplan strategy to help the organization grow and sustain its membership
  • Provide participants an overview of diversity and inclusion using scenario analysis

Ultimately, we want participants to have a baseline overview of where the organization stands today with diversity and inclusion and the opportunity to expand diversity and inclusion efforts going forward.

The goal is to have members understand a comprehensive plan for the discovery of organizational values, culture and experiences, and their effect on interactions with colleagues, attitudes, and understanding of values.
